Order & Fulfillment Policy

Reformer beds are made to order, with a typical production and delivery time of 8–14 weeks.
Orders are processed within 48 hours and queued for production. We’ll email you personally once your order has shipped and provide tracking details.

Merchandise orders (socks, bottles etc.) are fulfilled within 3–5 working days and shipped via standard post or courier.
