Welcome to Soul Wellness. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Soul Wellness. Soul Wellness operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

To use the Services you may be asked to provide accurate and complete account, billing and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any activity under your account. You may not transfer your account to any other person.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

2. Products

We make every effort to display accurate colours, images and descriptions of products on our website. However, the actual appearance may vary based on your device settings. Products are subject to change and availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or to limit quantities available.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Orders must be for personal use only and not for resale.

4. Pricing, Billing and Taxes

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and subject to change without notice.

Reformer beds include shipping within Ireland.

Shipping charges apply to all other products unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Prices exclude taxes, duties or import charges unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. You authorise us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

6. Warranty on Reformer Beds

Reformer beds include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, neglect or improper maintenance

  • Damage caused during transport after delivery

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

No warranty applies to apparel or merchandise, including socks, hats and bottles.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including branding, images, text, videos and graphics, is owned by Soul Wellness or its licensors. You may only use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” and without warranty. We are not responsible for the content or services provided by third parties.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Soul Wellness is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Soul Wellness. Shopify is not responsible for any transaction or dispute between you and Soul Wellness. You release Shopify from any such claims.

10. Feedback

By submitting any reviews, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

11. Errors and Availability

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders affected by such errors, even after submission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and may not engage in conduct that harms us, Shopify or others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
